Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and KOINI Global, LLC ("KŌINI", "we"), which operates KŌINIstate (the "Service").

1. The Service

KŌINIstate reads the public on-chain state of blockchain addresses you add and shows key exposure, signature history and active authorizations. It is read-only: it never requests private keys, seed phrases or wallet connections and cannot sign or move funds. It does not show balances.

2. Informational only

The Service reports what public blockchains show. It is not security, financial, legal or tax advice, and it creates no professional relationship. Decisions you make about your keys and funds are yours.

3. Accuracy

On-chain data comes from third-party providers and public networks that can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We show when each address was last checked; we do not guarantee that every change is detected or that any alert or call is delivered.

4. Accounts

You sign in by email or with Apple or Google. You must be 18 or older and keep your sign-in secure. Add only addresses you have a legitimate reason to monitor.

5. Plans, renewal and cancellation

Free is $0. Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and billed by them; their terms govern payment, renewal and refunds. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal in your Apple or Google account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. We give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.

6. Fair use and limits

Plans include address limits, re-check intervals and a monthly call limit. Plans described as unlimited are subject to fair use. We may rate-limit automated or excessive use.

7. Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no attempts to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or resell the Service, and no use of it to surveil people without a lawful basis.

8. Intellectual property

We own the software, design and brand. You may use the Service and its readouts for your own purposes.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of digital assets, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update the Service or these terms. We notify account holders at least 14 days before material changes take effect.

12. Governing law

Michigan law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Macomb County, Michigan, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.
