Privacy Policy

KOINI Global, LLC ("KŌINI", "we") operates KŌINIstate and is the controller of the personal data described here.

1. What we collect

• Account details: your email address, or the identifier provided by Sign in with Apple or Google.
• Your list: the public addresses you add, the names you give them, and your alert settings.
• Derived state: the public on-chain state we read for those addresses (exposure, signatures, authorizations) and the changes we detect.
• Notifications: your device push token and, if you enable call alerts, your phone number.
• Subscription status, as reported by Apple, Google and our subscription processor.
• Technical logs: request metadata needed to operate, rate-limit and secure the service.

We never collect private keys, seed phrases, wallet connections, government IDs or card numbers.

2. How we use it

To read and display the state of your addresses, sync your list across devices, send the alerts and calls you have turned on, run subscriptions, secure the service and comply with the law. We may use aggregate, de-identified statistics to improve the service.

3. Who we share it with

Processors that operate the service on our behalf: Supabase (database and sign-in), Cloudflare (servers and security), RevenueCat (subscription status), Apple and Google (app distribution, purchases and push delivery), Expo (push delivery), Twilio (phone calls), and blockchain data providers such as Alchemy, Etherscan and Helius, which receive the public addresses we look up. Authorities where legally required. Nothing else.

4. Cookies and local storage

No advertising or tracking cookies. The app and web app store your sign-in session locally until you sign out.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is limited and logged.

6. Retention and deletion

Your account, list and detected changes are kept until you delete them or your account. Technical logs roll over after 30 days. Billing records are kept as the law requires. Delete your account in the app (Settings › Delete account) or by emailing support@koini.io from your sign-in address; deletion completes within 30 days.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your data and opt out of any marketing, including rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA/CPRA. We answer requests within 30 days.

8. International transfers

Data is processed in the United States, with safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.

9. Children

KŌINIstate is for adults. If we learn we hold data from anyone under 18, we delete it.

10. Changes

We post material changes here and notify account holders before they take effect.
