How can we help?

It reads the public state of the key behind each address you add: whether the key is sealed or exposed, its signature history, and the authorizations it has granted. It is read-only.

No. You only ever enter public addresses. The app never asks for private keys, seed phrases or wallet connections, and it has no way to sign or send a transaction.

By design. KŌINIstate never shows how much an address holds. A token name appears only when it is part of an authorization, such as an approval.

The public key behind the address has been revealed on-chain. For most Bitcoin addresses that happens on the first spend; Taproot addresses carry the public key from creation. On account chains it happens on the first sent transaction. Solana addresses are the public key itself, so they are shown as public by design.

Every address shows when it was last checked. Each address is re-checked at most every 15 minutes on Free and every 5 minutes on paid plans; a refresh in between returns the most recent result.

On the Alerts plan you get a push notification for any state change, and a phone call for critical events such as a key becoming exposed or a new authorization being granted, up to 15 calls a month. Alerts can be set per address.

Subscriptions bought in the app are managed by Apple or Google. On iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play › Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Use Settings › Delete account in the app, or email us from your sign-in address. Deletion completes within 30 days and removes your address list and settings.
